To view the status of your transaction, go to EnjinX and type in the Transaction ID/Hash provided to you for your transaction.
If the transaction cannot be found or does not exist, it means the Ethereum network has not yet processed or sent your withdrawal. In this case, it is also important to double-check whether the transaction was performed using an ETH/ERC20 transfer or another transaction performed through any other blockchain standard.
Here's a list of recommended blockchain explorers

Pending Transactions
If the transaction is still pending, you must wait for it to be verified and confirmed before it appears in your Enjin Wallet.
To view your incoming and outgoing transactions and tokens, we recommend searching your own wallet address through EnjinX.
You can acquire your Ethereum, ENJ, BTC, LTC address by tapping on the token then tapping on the copy button on the upper right or the receive button at the bottom then copying the address from there.
